However, you want to use that as an opportunity to do more sales engagement and continue to enhance the relationship. People need to believe you and trust you to buy more than a simple product from you.
You can get the best results when you understand the different levels of engagement. Know what each level’s outcome is and where it leads. Even when you achieve your goal of a sale, there can still be more levels of engagement . What about the up sell, what about repeat purchases, what about referrals?
