Many agents have bought into lead generation programs and been successful. It’s hard to find seminars giving you a "recipe for success" that work. Short answer= no. It’s uaully all a scam. 9 times out of 10 the people they set you up with can’t even get approved anyway, then you are stuck in a contract with the company and paying them.
I was in several and Home Gain was the only one I made money on but there were a lot of e-mails to go through to get one buyer or seller. but overall I did well
