I dont know about okclose but ya i have used yagooleads. They are good. I mean i purchased about 50 leads and all of them were fine. Leadpile i havn’t tried.

Our real estate members have also learned that buying ‘leads’ can be frustrating and expensive. For the most part, these assorted places which sell these leads do not qualify them, and you end up paying good money for a name with a ‘casual interest’ in buying or selling a home, rather than a serious potential client.

I’ve been there, Bro. You gotta pick a company with real-time leads that have been verified and validated. Also, make sure the company will replace bad leads at no charge. You shouldn’t be paying for leads you can’t reach out of no fault of your own.
