My company does not have a Lead Generation program except for the online search engines. I have all the information I need for the Lead Generation program, I just need to put the process down in writing to share with the rest of the staff. Anyone know of a template, or has started an Inside Sales Program from scratch?

mostly leads are gotten through surveys
you get a survey company or focus group to gather people together about your company and they are paid for thier time when in person it can be like $25 for an hour and these people are prequalified before they attend that focus group they must meet your requirements !
SO get a plan toghther about your products who your market is and conatct these people who will process the survey’s for you and get your specific auadience in a focus group !
They will not be paid for taking the survey thats only to qualify them for the group meeting after they complete the survey they are called on the phone and asked the series of questions YOU specified to see if they fit the target market YOUR afater !
