I am a mortgage broker and looked into the same thing and I would suggest that you do not do it. First of all the DNC list is still part of the process because the calls would be made in the United States. So it will be your responsibility to scrub the list and trust that these people are keeping track of the DNC requests that they receive daily to update your records. The quality of speech is greatly inhibited, the moment an American hear’s the greeting of a foreign telemarketer they auomatically become suspicious and hang up before the pitch can be sold. Questions arise and these individuals have no answers, therefore, fail to sell the idea of talking to a loan officer/broker. The lead to close percentages are horrible, in fact, less than direct mailing. Good Luck
