1. Who are your target customers/clients
2. What is the Product/Service you would like to deal in and what is the price you expect in return
3. What is the Client’s mechanism to procure the above Product/service in general
4. Identify the person – characteristics needed to tackle the customer query and inquiry.
5. Frame a Team with this back-ground
6. Allow the team to storm and norm itself
7. Monitor closely so that the team can perform
