How to generate more sales leads

As a professional marketer, generational traits way heavily on the positioning of marketing messages because they define us, to an extent, as people. For me, the last great generation of political leaders in this country, came from the WWII generation, where sacrifice, humility, and conquering great and impossible deeds was noted. JFK, Reagan, Bush, the other one, are examples. Do you agree?

  1. Suspendor of Disbelief says:

Very true. Our educational system has deprived America of its most valuable asset: young adults with actual leadership ability. Today the ONLY leadership training available is through the military. That does not bode well for a peaceful future.

  2. ROB says:

I agree. None of the new candidates except McCain have experience to lead. None of them.

Not so much Bush and Reagan, but I think Colin Powell should run for president. He’d do an amazing job, I think. ;)

Yes I do, but I do think that the current leaders have the right stuff to lead. I think that the Morons that are behind them are telling them wrong and too many groups have to be catered to before a decision can be made.

  5. lymanspond says:

    I don’t see any true leaders….

twenty years of Bush/Clinton……. and you want another 8 of Billairy?

    Time for a change

well it certainly does NOT include any Bush.
As you know, gw was a drunk during his educational years, and as such, has an aversion to pass / fail grades.

Today, "At the White House, officials argued that the GAO report, which was required by legislation President Bush signed last spring, was unrealistic because it assigned "pass or fail" grades to each benchmark, rather than assessing whether the Iraqis have made progress toward reaching the benchmark goals."
Gw thinks his daddy will get him another passing grade.

Wisdom will always exist in some form. We, as a generation, just seem less wise because of the mindless dreck that people spew out on the internet; like most of the previous comments. When your voters are easily duped sheep with mush for brains, why come across as "wise"? Politicians are in marketing too.
